All Cats Are Beautiful
Bogotá really seems like more of a dog town (especially when it comes to the ubiquitous private security folks who are all over the place), but you practically can't go anywhere without seeing these All Cats Are Beautiful (ACAB) tags. Very strange dichotomy. Seems we'll have to investigate further to get to the bottom of it....
