Q Shaman Prison Interview

Our main takeaway from listening to this entire 44-minute 37-second interview with the chap christened the Q Shaman by Alex Jones is pity. Or maybe empathy, since that sounds less patronising. We feel sorry for him in the same way we'd feel sorry for someone who joined a cult or a grandmother who got swindled out of her life savings by a conman.

Another takeaway is that drugs are bad, and can make you believe crazy things. Don't do drugs. But if you do do drugs, do them in moderation, and definitely don't combine them with 1000s of hours of internet ‘research’ into conspiracy theories. How can you tell if you've done too many drugs? Well, one obvious sign is if you're doing an interview from prison, and you cite a scene from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas in order to support your conviction that there's a global cabal of satan worshippers who drink the blood of children (go ahead and skip ahead to the 22:30 mark for that little nugget!).

Anyway, regardless of one's political or social views, everyone should at least be able to agree that this convicted insurrectionist is an extremely interesting fellow, and also sincerely believes all the (seemingly) crazy shit he talks about. In other words, his heart is in the right place. And here and there, he even says some things that actually make a lot of sense.

So if you only listen to one QAnon shaman related prison interview to mark today's infamous anniversary, this is a pretty good one…..
